At Velorolev LLC, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to international addresses or military addresses, including PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

2. Shipping Cost

A fixed shipping fee applies to orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $70

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders are processed up to 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after the processing cutoff or on weekends and holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

4. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days, Monday through Friday.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

6. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number and shipping information so we can assist you.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to assist with shipping-related issues.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to modify the shipping information if the order has entered processing.
